Respond Services Limited operates in the UK as the largest independent service provider, mainly specialising in the repair of Electrolux Group products. The Company trades under the name Service Force, working primarily on major brands such as Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Tricity Bendix and Parkinson Cowan, providing repair service for a variety of organisations including insurance companies, work under guarantee for the manufacturers, housing associations, letting agents and private repair work. Respond Services employ over 60 domestic appliance engineers covering much of London, Middlesex, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The organisation also works very closely with other independent Service Force agents covering the remaining UK postcodes, allowing us to provide a nationwide service.

All repairs are invoiced upon completion on a fixed rate labour charge basis. Genuine manufacturer spare parts are used whenever possible and all repairs are covered for a year under warranty. Service visits are arranged for Monday to Friday, during normal working hours. It is our aim to repair the appliance on the first visit so care is taken in obtaining complete and accurate fault information so that the engineer can have the necessary spare parts when he visits the appliance.

Most account customers provide repair limits so that authority is only obtained when the cost of the repair is excessive. This increases the speed of the repair. Where the appliance has been supplied under a 5 Year Managed Service Scheme, there is no requirement of repair limits as the product will always be repaired free of charge to you, or replaced free of charge in the event of an uneconomical repair.
