This recommendation is based upon practical use, technical specifications and potential energy savings.
The company’s infrastructure consists of a sales office in Chelmsford in Essex, which operates all customer-facing duties and five regional distribution centres located around the M25 area to service the south-east of England. All sales enquiries are directed to Chelmsford using a national telephone number to provide a local presence. From the sales office, orders will be processed and the delivery and installation co-ordinated with the regional distribution centres. This allows the consumer to deal with one representative for the entire process.
